RETURn POLICY
- We accept returns for unused, unopened, and resalable physical products within 14 days of delivery.
- Final Sale Items: Due to the custom and immediate nature of our products, all digital products (PDF downloads), custom engraved/monogrammed items, and clearance items are strictly final sale. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
- If you have received a damaged or defective physical item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your name, order number, and a clear photograph of the damaged item. We cannot process a return for damages if the product has been written in, mishandled, or used.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is in process, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
- Standard Shipping for U.S. shipments typically takes 2-5 business days from the date the package is received by the postal carrier.
- Because our fulfillment process begins almost immediately to ensure fast domestic delivery (2-5 business days), we are strictly unable to accommodate cancellations, address updates, or product modifications once the checkout process is complete.
NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our US facility.
